这是什么情况？难道 从OD online买的，也自动给加了 ownership？
烦人啊。。
I emailed earlier about receiving a computer with corrupted Windows 8.1
software. I called Dell and they will be requesting a transfer of ownership
to my name so that a hard drive with new software can be shipped directly
to me in the next 2 business days. Please transfer the ownership to my name
so that I may have direct customer support with Dell. As I mentioned
before, I am leaving the country on December 14th and need to have this
resolved by the end of the week.
