列的new other,收到的明显是旧的，三个4s，一个home键有问题，一个power键有问题
，一个电池估计挂了。ebay开了case，卖家不同意退，理由是
Units are either an overstock item or factory second. A Factory second is an
item that the factory deemed unworthy of sending to the manufacturer the
first time around. Such things could be a cracked screen that was replaced,
some other minor cosmetic damage, or any functionality issue that they had
to fix up. An Overstock item is something that was sitting around a
warehouse for a while and was subject to the harsh conditions of that
environment. In both cases there is opportunity for it to get slightly
scratched or messed up which is why we listed it 4.5/5 stars and not 5/5
stars

你如果escalate dispute为claim，咬住这种condition的应该列为seller
refurbished的，如果是4.5/5的话，至少电池跟Home键应该要是working的，ebay最后

会要你把东西退回给seller，但你自己要出return shipping。 |
