FBA的东西，buyer收到后说是 “significantly scratched and had obvious signs
of wear”， 怀疑是refurbished，不过东西还可以用。没退货，就留了个三星，应该
不是evil。东西是自己买的FBA的，没一个个打开看过。 刚开张还是很在乎评价的，退
点钱还是出label给他换个新的，让他把旧的
寄过来。

ask amazon to remove the feedback, stating your items are new and the
product is co-mingled (if so).
