of stock or sold to someone else)过多的原因，导致transaction defect rate 有2
.1%, 直接影响了seller performance. 从top rated 变成 above average. Top rated
seller 不能有超过2% transaction defect rate.
我现在好想提前结束个auction. 但又猜测end transaction earlier 不管有没有bid，
都将被算到”Seller-initiated transaction cancellation“。 更叫人担心的是这个
”Seller-initiated transaction cancellation“还包括买家return，我refund后去
ebay resolution cancel transaction 好讨回final value fees. 这个当然会选buyer
is returning an item作为cancel transaction的理由。 但按定义这个也算是”
Seller-initiated transaction cancellation“，但是这个完全是buyer的原因，没有
seller的过失啊。
ebay这个"Seller-initiated transaction cancellation"限制真叫人感动迷惘啊 ）：
有哪位ebay牛人能给解释下吗？ 不行的话就只有致电ebay了。
下面是ebay Transaction defect rate requirements：
The defect rate is the percentage of your transactions that have one or more
of the following transaction-related defects:
*Detailed seller rating of 1, 2 or 3 for item as described
*Detailed seller rating of 1 for shipping time
*Negative or neutral feedback
×A return initiated for a reason that indicates the item was not as
described
×An eBay Money Back Guarantee or PayPal Purchase Protection case opened
for an item not received or an item not as described
×××Seller-initiated transaction cancellation
To meet our minimum standard, you can only have up to 5% of transactions
with one or more defects over the most recent evaluation period. To qualify
as a Top Rated Seller, you can only have up to 2% of transactions with one

因为之前都没有碰到过这个问题，transaction defect rate requirements也许不是新
出来的，我也只当作是个新问题了。 主要的疑问是：
1. ending auction earlier without bids 是不是也counted towards "Seller-
initiated transaction cancellation" rate.
2. canceling transaction to get FVF back because of a buyer is returning an
item 是否也counted towards ”Seller-initiated transaction cancellation“

问题的商品，不存在seller过失，也不应该作为performance evaluation。 就是这种
情况也许不该卖家自己去cancel transaction而要买家自己request return/refund
through ebay resolution center? 但好像ebay resolution不存在这种选项. 难道要
加入ebay 那个类似auto return的program? |
