very familiar with the area, not only he mentioned how the house looks like
(go through gate, and up to the 2nd floor, and leave the package next to the
mailbox), but he even speak out the correct # number of the APT where the
buyer lives (the shipping label only has the house address but no APT #, but
since it is a small APT with 4-5 rooms inside, and the postman said this
person has a lot of package normally (3+ per week), so he knows where to go.
Buyer review 不错的， 100% after 200+ reviewers, 到底谁在搞鬼，还是真的被小
偷拿了？东西不大(small package), 大概值$50, 也不值得偷啊, 更何况是inside
building through gate on 2nd floor?
唉，难得卖东西（一年不到10次）， 就摊上这事 :( | u******n

现在看情况了。 要不就是钱留下了，然后客人给你差评。要不就是差加上退钱。 不

是ebay买单。
金额小的只要tracking秀delivered就不会是seller的责任，但金额高的东西，如果没
加签名，保险，一般都是seller自认倒楣。 | a*********a
