So i have a brilliant suggestion
you give me a refund and you already have proof that the item came damaged
in the photos . there could be many reasons the item was damaged due too
rough handling during shipping or improper storage conditions or picking up
a defected lot with no QC
i cannot send this to you for replacement at this moment as i said earlier i
am out of town plus i will have to shell out for the shipping charges
so i suggest i get a refund for the product less shipping
32$ will not make you poorer
and resolve this matter
