，要退，我就直接让他邮寄回来。今天收到他的email：
hi, could you send another laptop instead of a refund? I really like the
laptop,i think something was dropped on it in shipping or it was thrown
because some of the shipping bubbles in side was busted but it looked ok
until I turned the laptop on. lines all over the screen you could not see
the startup page. please let me know if you can send another laptop instead
of a refund. thank you jane nolan。
这个怎么弄，估计丫自己摔坏了1.要是SN对上的话，我可以说是shipping 问题找USPS

2. 要是SN对不上可以拿拍的vedio找ebay吗？邮寄之前只拍了相片。
