buyer associated with this order would be not only beneficial to the buyer
but also to the reputation of you, our esteemed seller. And for better buyer
experience amazon does make exception to refund the units.
We would never want to disappoint a valued seller like you and we always
endeavor to assist our sellers with the best of our service so we can ensure
that we fulfill all of their needs, however sometimes we fail to do so due
to factors out of our control and our limitations.
