1. All orders were processed by Amazon.com. Tell your patient that if he is
concerned about his account security, he might want to contact Amazon.com.
2. Tell the patient to fill a return request for "accidental order". He
needs to pay the return shipping and restocking fee may apply.
Don't play softball with patients like this. Just stick with your return
policies. |
