Basically, the seller listed the iphone again and asked me to ship to the
new buyer. The seller said he can waive the restocking fee if I do that.
I called Ebay. Ebay said that violates the Ebay return policy.
我实在想不出来会有什么猫逆。大家看呢？

Just tell him no. Return the phone as item not as described, he cannot
charge restocking fee and he has to pay for return shipping. eBay always
sides with buyer.
