you from purchasing even if you are under $1000. In Dec, I purchased 2 * $
200 and 2 * 100 and I still got blocked. Contacted Paypal, CSR and his
supervisor tried everything but still no go. So I mostly tried to purchase $
1000 in one single transaction unless there are promotions and discounts
limit.
