（1）家的旧玩具、打开用过的CD和DVD，
（2）有些没有打开的CD、DVD
有些是自已购的，有些是朋友之前送的，出售时的价格是参考 ebay别人的价格，然后
选了一个低价。
报出总共有200－300元
但总成本一定要高于500元
请问
（1）没有收据，没有原价，如何定成本？（时间长了，朋友送的）
（2）成本可否大于卖价？
比如一个玩具，卖出价格为30元，但它的实际成本是100元。
如果成本按100元计算，大于卖价，这个不就有问题了吗？有偷税的可能啊

minus discounts = money you paid to acquire the item) at the time that an
asset is acquired.As there are no depreciation or whatsoever involved, you
are selling these stuffs at a loss. So no reporting requirement for tax
purposes Unless you are able to sell used stuffs at an amount more than what
you paid to acquire the item. |

是不是：
把这些物品的销售价格求和，然后从1099的总金额中减去这些。
比如1099表中一年的总金额为30000元，旧货为300元
30000.00－300.00＝27000.00
也就是说，
把这些钱从要报税的总金额中去掉，也就不用考虑这些收入的税了？
只用27000.00元来计算报税的问题了？

For the old stuffs(personal property) that you sold at a loss, you have no
reporting requirement. So yes you don't have to include them. For everything
else you sold at Ebay, you need to report them either as Hobbit income or
business income.
Online 'Garage Sales'
Online sales of personal, used items do not generally have to be reported.
Selling your old bicycle on craigslist is an example of these types of sales
. Losses on personal use property are not deductible on online sellers' tax
returns. |
