星期给 used items. 造成 mini 2 gray sales 直线下降。这个算法也太过份了。 这

不过刚看亚麻， 发现 listing buy box 给 新的了。不知道是碰巧还是联系起了点作
用。
过去的一周buy box 都是旧的， 这个杀伤力太大了。 sales 排名从 平板第十降到40
几。而白色的排名一直在前十。
不知道是怎么抽的疯。 希望这个过节不要再抽回去。否则对这个行情影响太大了。

I have read your email and understand your concern regarding the buy box
eligibility.
I completely understand you were eligible for the Buy box earlier. I would
like to inform you that we have an automated system in place where in a
seller is picked up as a buy box winner based on the seller metrics and
other factors.
For instance, if we have 10 sellers for an ASIN, system ranks sellers based
on different factors.
The top seller is chosen as the buy box winner. And this is not permanent.
If the ranking changes, buy box winner is also changed.
If a seller receives negative feedback/order cancellations or any other
metric is hit the ranking is updated.
I would like to inform you that Buy Box eligible sellers are Professional
sellers who have met performance-based requirements.
****There is no additional fee for being Buy Box eligible, and sellers must
maintain their performance levels in order to retain their Buy Box eligible
status.
Only listings from Buy Box eligible sellers can compete to win the Buy Box.
We do not disclose specific targets for achieving Buy Box eligible status,
however excelling in all areas that deliver an outstanding customer
experience (including pricing, availability and customer service) is the
best way to achieve Buy Box eligibility and win the Buy Box.
******If you again rank first amongst the sellers competing for buy box, you
will automatically be enabled buy box for an ASIN.
Kindly note that the buy box winner is tied to specific seller performance
metrics that can change over time. If a seller meets the current performance
requirements for buy box, Amazon will automatically enable buy box for that
seller. Ability to win the Buy Box however, may be subject to further
category restrictions.
1. ODR (Order Defect Rate): We base ODR customer feedback, A-to-z Guarantee
claims, and chargebacks.
2. Other seller performance metrics
3. Customer shopping experience offered on an item, such as speed of
delivery, shipping options, price, and 24x7 customer service (including
through the seller's participation in Fulfillment by Amazon)
4. Time and experience on the Amazon selling platform.
5. Status as a Professional seller.
A seller's Buy Box eligibility to win the Buy Box may change over time based
on the seller's performance against the eligibility criteria mentioned
above. The criteria are subject to change. Sustained seller performance and
low ODR will help achieve and preserve a seller's Buy Box eligible status.
As and when you meet the eligibility criteria, you will win the buy box and
your name will be displayed on the product detail page. Currently, another
seller is winning the buy box. Unfortunately, due to our business reason we
will not be able to disclose the details of other seller winning the buy box.
However, kindly note that it is not certain as the buy box winner is chosen
by our AUTOMATIC SYSTEM and does not have any manual intervention.
*** Note that even if there is only one seller offering for product, Buy Box
eligibility is still evaluated and items must be priced competitively in
order to be eligible to win the Buy Box. Offers that do not meet the

发到 marketing dept 了。他们解决了
尼玛一不小心，叔重仓了这个，要不是改过来，这个节算白过了。
