个说法呢。
mit的规矩不是只要进入carrier系统就是神医的责任了吗？是不是？

就差一两天，这次一个多星期ups总是不更新，我求款，两天了也不回信，也不付款。

Sometimes UPS tracking status stays somewhere forever rather than marked as
delivered but the status at seller central shows closed(received in full or
partial).
Someone in similar situation complained a while ago but deleted the posting
later. I answered that posting. Go figure!
