最神奇的是，amazon竟然判我输了。病人在comment里说了收到另一个礼物，现在
amazon都雇高中生申案子了？？连英语都看不懂了？？这个comment里明明牛头不对马
嘴。第一句话的意思明明是“Received another duplicate”，后一句又说我的policy
里不允许假期延长退货。
现在该怎么办？对亚麻还是挺失望的。

你不能强调2个星期不让退货的政策。amz通常是一个月，假期还延长了。不符合amz退
货政策，自行制定的很难获得amz支持。
按amz的政策，没有盒子的倒是允许不让退货的，要引amz条文你有可能赢。但是碰到个
别amz判你输也有可能，也只有拿回来再扣费用。

当争议出现时，
俺通常会请第三方出具电脑检测报告，手写的也行。
俺觉得，马总那边还是有common sense的。

ebay上没有a to z一类的吧? ebay 开case应该最多是赔运费把东西寄回来再退钱对不？
