Dear Seller,
Our records indicate that the order information is being processed on your
behalf through the Amazon Marketplace Web Service (MWS) API, either by your
software directly or through third-party software. Please note that some or
all of your order data requests are made to the older MWS 2011-01-01 Orders
version, which is being phased out, and will be deprecated on April 30, 2017.
In view of this, we recommend the following:
a. Contact your software provider
immediately to request an upgrade to the new Orders 2013-09-01 version. You
can ask them to refer to the 2014 announcement.
b. If you prefer to discontinue access for
specific applications and developers, or if you want to switch to a
software solution that is current, follow the instructions in the Amazon MWS
FAQ and MWS Developer Permissions on Seller Central (see below).
It has been three years since we had first announced that the MWS 2011-01-01
Orders version is being deprecated. We are now providing you an additional
30-day grace period, after which, you might not be able to access the order
