Our records indicate that the order information is being processed on your
behalf through the Amazon Marketplace Web Service (MWS) API, either by your
software directly or through third-party software. Please note that some or
all of your order data requests are made to the older MWS 2011-01-01 Orders
version, which is being phased out, and will be deprecated on April 30, 2017
.
In view of this, we recommend the following:
a. Contact your software provider immediately to request an upgrade
to the new Orders 2013-09-01 version. You can ask them to refer to the 2014
