2. 23瓦节能灯相当于100瓦白炽灯，光线温度是4100K,cool white,补充日光有没有用

if you think the light is enough , you should move it to some place with
more sun. if you only let the light on for 3 hr after day time, which only
extened the daytime and I think you should turn on the light during the
daytime instead of night time. keep the light close to plant as possible (
not too close to burn the plants)
