We grew tomato in the pots.
In one pot (pretty big, 1.5 time of commercial earth box), we planted two
tomatoes - one cherokee purple and one sweet 100 cherry tomato. In between,
two thai basil plants.
From the first fruit cherokee purple to the last one, it always got blossom-
end rot. We added more calcium at the first and later, thought it might be
Ca problem. It did not help. The whole season, we did not harvest one
cherokee purple. We planted it because a friend told us it tasted good. I
still do not know what it tastes like. :-(
The cherry tomato was doing well. The basil plants were ok.
