Stop eating dessert/ chocalate for couple of weeks, then you will find out
it tastes too sweet to eat.
I used to be a cookie monster, i love all kind of cookies like chocalate chips/rasins/butter, i can eat one huge cookie (as big as my hand) or one large ice cream cone after my lunch . And i love the hot coco as well, so all day long, i can have couple of different desserts. I think more than 80% of my calories intake is from dessert. And my weight show, i 've gained 10 pounds due to my sugar cravying in two months.
Now, i have been on a low sugar diet for five weeks now. In the past week end, we went to my long time favor sunday brunch buffet in a historical inn to celebrate my birthday, i used to love its dessert table display, it is the best in the area, i find out the desserts are too sweet for my taste this time, i ate only half of the amount. | g********n 发帖数: 1015 | 2 能说说如果断掉对‘粥粉面饭’的瘾头吗?
我这次断糕点饼干挺成功的。 以前看见糕点,尤其做得好的,要么忍一忍, 要么吃一点, 我的portion control做得不错, 从来不会吃多。但还是不喜欢要忍的感觉。
