how many pull ups can you do? on day 1 class I can only do 8 on each turn (
total 70,80 each class) otherwise will exhaust halfway on the routes

不要强求跟他们做得一样多一样好,能跟着做就可以了,做下来还是很累的。我能做
push up,所以就使劲跟,结果伤了肘关节,得不偿失。虽然锻炼需要push the limit
吧,还是需要安全,我那PT就总是强调don't force anything.

are you a girl? how many pounds have you cut on the routine?
I have cut 6 pounds in one and half weeks now, though much of them is water,
and I think it will be harder and harder to cut later on

think the intensity is very high.

主要是前段时间搬家,太累了,天天大吃大喝。我的体质是非常容易储水的,稍微吃咸
一点第二天就重三磅。最高纪录一天体重fluctuation 10磅+,吃完晚饭比早起重10磅+

我在gym里做P90X,pull up用了很多counter weight,我也就承担二十多磅的自身重量
,还是颤悠悠的拉不到顶。可是我pull down能拉140 lbs。
其余的人都用怜悯的眼光看着在pull up机器上拼死挣扎的我!

pull up我能拉自身体重的60%

I think p90x is more about endurance than absolute strength
running might help build the foundation for it

r**********a 发帖数: 1067 | 15 我觉得坚持练完整个program比每次用多重的weights更重要一些,量力而行,万一伤了
就不值得了,我有一天如果练太猛就会连着做噩梦,据说就是overtrained的一个表现
,再说了即使练完90天也不是说就大功告成不动了,要想保持体型和体力重要是坚持锻
炼,慢慢来吧 |
