The Gluten Free Diet
If you’ve never tried it before, going gluten free can change your life!
Especially if you have inflammation issues like arthritis or joint pain.
And…
The best part is that the rules are rather simple. Just avoid eating
anything with gluten. The main culprit is wheat and you can do some serious
good to your body just by avoiding wheat alone.
And…
It doesn’t command you avoid carbs and sweets, just make sure they are
gluten free. Trust me, there are plenty of good gluten free treats out

Carb Cycling
This is my personal favorite way to eat if you wanna lose fat fast and still
get to eat your favorite foods. The only issue people have on a diet like
this is that they have a hard time not cheating during their strategic low
carb days.
The basic format you can use is…
4-6 days of low carb (defined as 50g or less per day)
12 hours of cheating (eat what you want, make sure you exercise on cheat
day)
If you use this formula, you’ll burn fat fast and still get to cheat! But
you can’t mess with the low carb days otherwise it won’t work for you :(
