I am not telling you all to divorce your wife after the kids, that is just
plain wrong. I am just saying we should do something while we can， before
it is too late.
1. HIT the gym, not so much for ourselves, but more for our future wife, by
telling her that, a nice rack is always in our mind.
2. Proper diet, this is hard, Chinese foods are just not very healthy
oriented.
3. Motivate her, tell her how much you and her should care about each others
