可是实在不知道买哪种好
是不是要分别买leash和harness?
大家有甚么推荐吗？

buy in the store, they sell separately.

My suggestion is don't buy small, you can always adjust the big size. I
didn't make it too tight when putting on my cat. Otherwise they might feel
uncomfortable and totally reject it.
One of my cats deal with it good, the other one didn't like it
