发帖数: 631 | 1 今早突然发现咪咪屁股后面挂了黄色的长条状的半透明液体，上面还有不少血～～
大家有知道是怎么回事吗？是拉肚子吗？还是有寄生虫？
我要不要带她去看医生呢？
补充一下，今天早上起来看到她把地毯扒出一个洞，我气坏了，打了她屁股几下。
结果半小时后就看到她屁股上挂花了。不会是我打坏了吧。
还有我跑到厕所看了她的便便和尿尿，都还可以啊，没有任何血迹。便便有点发黑。
最近厕所比较臭，也可能需要根换猫砂了。。
关键词 -- 长条状（5公分），黄色，粘液，有血， 猫6个月大。
请大家给我点建议啊。多谢！！！

有寄生虫的猫会有这种状况吗？我帮她擦，可是粘乎乎的很难擦掉，后来是她自己舔干
净的～
后悔没拍照下来，也可以给vet看一下。

注意关键词 yellowish, sour and stinky liquid：
This is not necessarily mucus. Now, I know this sounds gross, but if this
happens again, take note of the smell of it. ( i know, i know... Lol) If
it
has a sort of sour smell to it, chances are that your kitty is just
releasing the contents of her anal sacs. This is completely normal and
naturally happens when a cat (or dog) goes #2. Sometimes it just happens
randomly, too. It is a yellowish, sour and stinky liquid. If this is what
it
is, be glad hers are working properly, because if they do not empty like
theyre supposed to, they can become impacted and infected.
If it is indeed mucus, however, sometimes this happens when the poops are
too firm. I don't know where you live, but I know that during shedding
season my cats need a little help just by getting an inch or so long
ribbon
of hairball gel 2-3 times a week. This can help tremendously. |

猫砂干净的时候，我家猫会蹲的屁股比较低，也不会飞溅起来。。。
如果脏，他们都便秘表情，屁股高高的，经常像喷泉那样尿出去了
带盖子的太容易臭，猫咪可能觉得不透气，不太喜欢
只有勤打扫啦，如果要出远门，一两天的话可以放俩盆，放满干净的新猫砂；当然让周
围朋友过来帮忙清理一下更好，也能观察一下猫，能陪玩就更好了，啊我跑题好远啊。

Anal Sac Disease in the Cat
The anal sacs are located on either side of the anus at the 9 o’clock and 3
o’clock positions; they are positioned just under the skin. They connect
to the anus by means of small canal or ducts. Anal sacs produce and store a
dark, foul-smelling fluid. These are the same type of organs that a skunk
has to scare away its enemies. Although cats can use these for the same
purpose, most cats live in an environment where it has no enemies. Because
the sacs are rarely emptied, the fluid builds up, solidifies, and becomes an
ideal environment in which bacteria can grow.
What diseases occur in the anal sacs?
There are three diseases that occur in the anal sacs.
When the fluid becomes thick and solidified, the condition is called
impaction.
When bacteria grows in this material producing a yellow or bloody pus, the
condition is called infection.
When the infection builds to create a hot, tender swelling in the gland, the
condition is called an abscess. When the abscessed material overflows the
sac or the duct leading to the sac becomes obstructed, the skin over the sac
breaks open, and the pus drains onto the skin.
What are the clinical signs?
Symptoms of anal sac disease are:
Scooting or dragging the anal area.
Excessive licking under the tail.
Pain, sometimes severe, near the tail or anus.
A swollen area on either side of the anus.
Bloody or sticky drainage on either side of the anus.
How are these diseases treated?
The treatment for impaction is to express the sacs and clean out the
solidified material. For infection, the sacs must be expressed and
antibiotics administered to kill the bacteria. If the sacs abscess, the
abscess must be surgically drained and antibiotics administered. |

原来我打她屁屁(屁屁的两侧）的过程就是帮他express (squeeze out)释放出
anal sac的过程啊
看上文这个anal sac需要经常清空的，否则容易结块感染。。。 |
