now if u look at the dog and the dog owner, the dog seems to be too small
to be a service dog. and the owner seems to be too healty to need a service.
I read that some psycologist can write a letter and stating that the person
is too trautimitzed to fly without a dog. is that true? anybody done
anything like this before?
