"I received a notice that my order shipped on 6/14/01. It is
now 6/25/01 and I have no DVDs. I talked with a customer
service agent this morning who instructed me that the
warehouse was behind and it would take 3 weeks from the 14th
to even ship my DVDs. I would like to know what is going on.
