Things not to do:
1) Don't tell them that you read about this deal in a forum. Pretend you don't
know and let them give you the offer.
2) Don't be mean to the CSR.
3) Don't try to tell them "my friend got x deal", it won't work.
4) Don't push for too many services cause they might get suspicious.
Things to do:
1) Be nice to the CSR VERY IMPORTANT
2) Call either early in the morning of late at night when shift changes and
you get fresh CSRS.
3) Don't panic if you don't get the good deals the firs
