Copy下来的。刚才打了电话，几乎没有hold，也不是阿
三，问了机器型号和S/N，姓名地址就OK。给了个case
#，说下周三要是还没有收到东西就打电话去问
To obtain a recovery CD for your IBM system,
please contact IBM SERV at 1-800-426-7378,
select option 1, option 4, remain on the line,
option 2, then option 1 on the voice response
unit (VRU).
Their hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
