Got a certificate refurbished green sticker on the laptop back.
so far so good. Can not register for free upgrade for Win 7, Dell said they
would input the service tag latter.
So far so good. |

发帖数: 289 | 7 just buy the new and certificated, not the dent one. use 20% off coupon,
otherwise it is too expensive comparing the brand new one. I go for
refurbished one just for the price, we throw away laptops in 3 years anyway. |

发帖数: 371 | 8 买过好几个，home和business部门的都有。基本上还是不错的。除了退掉的一台以外，
其它的几台到现在还都没什么大问题。那一台拿到后第二天就出问题了。打电话去要求
退掉，那边非常痛快的答应了。不知道是我碰到的客服比较nice，还是所有人都这样。
总之我觉得，用上20% off的coupon后价钱很便宜。很大的概率你拿到的是一台完好的
机器。至少即使拿到一个有问题的也不损失什么。退掉就好了。 |

发帖数: 334 | 9 前不久OUTLET买了台545台式机。Q9400 CPU,3G RAM，320G HDD.用了3天CPU坏了，打客
服，测试好，給换了机器。拿回来的时候发现CPU没变，HDD升到750G，RAM 加到8G，给
了个无线鼠标键盘。然后把坏的寄回去就OK了，来回10天左右。虽然机器质量一般，不
过服务还是不错，不用担心 |
