上次在Walmart买了个xbox，一个星期后还没看到CB联系他们客服。
一个客服说purchase不符合拿cashback的procedure，再回信另一个客服说transaction
在系统里可以给cashback。再联系的时候就又变成不行了，还发了封信教我怎么用bing

says "you cannot use any coupon or discount". but if that's the case it
sucks badly. anyway i'll wait for 48 hours and then contact them.

会cashback
