如果money order没用出去，如何get refund？？？
下面的是我在邮局网页上找到的，似乎不能直接退钱，到邮局改名后还需要存到银行。
但问题是，reissue的前提是if a
money order is spoiled or damaged，如何满足这个条件？
Money Orders are not eligible for a refund. However, if a money order is
spoiled or damaged, you can request a replacement money order, write your
name
as the recipient, and then cash the money order.
To replace a money order complete the following steps:
Take both of the following to a local Post Office facility:
