Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for your frustrations. Please
search through the search bar on the top left of your screen and type in '
Sears'. A few offers should come up and as long as it does not say any
points (ex: Save 10% and free shipping would qualify, Save 10x WOWpoints
would not). Please click through the 'Shop Now' on that offer and place
another order that meets the difference of the cancelled item and minimum
spend (before shipping and tax). Please place this order as soon as
