you can try ebay or local craigslist.
I purchased a T60 with 15" ips screen for $300 on ebay.

i got Dell d620 for $230 1 month ago.
my plan was to get a new classic T60, keep it for years,
then sell it for a high price. The T400/T410 is way too ugly.
If you remember the quantum disk, you know what i mean.

if T60 has ips screen, it is worth a little bit, maybe $300 or $400.
if it has a regular LCD, it could be worth $150 or $200.
