发来一封邮件,给了个temp的密码

2. Select "Modify account information" and sign in
3. Sign in using your User ID and temporary password
4. Change your password to one of your choice
我用他给的那个连接进去,给了个登陆界面,但是却并没有找到“modify account
infomration"
试图直接登录,用我的用户名和temp的密码,却说用户名和密码不匹配
想talk to sales agent,结果 all agents are busy...
这也太sb了,到底怎么回事啊?

告诉我他们没办法,只能重新注册一个账号
