你要真想要强效冲牙齿中间就用waterpik这类。

There is similar one at Costco.
If you don't have membership at either Costco or Sam's Club, you can buy it
at Target, Wal-Mart, or local drugstore. If you buy from Amazon,make sure
the seller is Amazon, not third party.
Are electric tooth brush useful? My answer is yes. I've used quite a few oral-B electric tooth brushes:
1) replaceable battery operated, a bit weak
2)Oral-B Professional Care, (rotary type)
3) Sonic Complete (old generation, haven't bought the new one)
1) is not very good.
I use both 2 & 3 morning and night, which really helps. I find they are complement to each other. Once I use them, I'll never go back to manual brushing.
For dental health, I also recommend you to buy Waterpik. Certainly daily manual flossing helps too. I find both Waterpik and manual flossing are very useful.
Personally I use all the methods above.
I heard Philips is good too. I haven't tried it due to its higher brush head replacement cost comparing w/ Oral-B. |
