PAYPAL付款，一年都了都没什么事，今天PAYPAL突然打电话来说我帐号每个月资金流动
超过了2000，要让我提供SSN，我说没有，他就说个人帐号一定要提供SSN的，否则就要
把帐号改为business的帐号，并且我要是在一定期限内还没改的话，就要把我REPORT给
IRS,还要冻结我的帐号。现在我的问题是我是学生身份，是不可能改business帐号的，
如果PAYPAL把握报告给IRS的话，会不会对我的身份有影响啊，有谁遇到过这个问题，
有什么办法可以解决吗？谢谢。 |

你的情況或是改為Premier account就可以了，那與是不是F1無關。
