昨天付钱了，可是长周末我就没去寄，本来想等明天邮局开门再去寄，结果今天buyer
发信说要求退钱，否则他收到刷子也会要求退货。
我回消息说我的listing是“no return accepted”，但是他还是坚持要refund，“
Really should read your ebay rules about a no return policy. If you havent
shipped the item yet then why not just refund me. I dont see a tracking
provided yet. Well either way I will get my money either now or a couple
weeks. Have a good night!”
请问我一定需要给她退钱么？可是我都不知道选择哪个选项可以cancel 这个
transaction而不被ebay收钱。还有，有什么办法可以让bid第二高的bidder买这个刷子

别折腾，要不然死的惨的肯定是你
1. issue full refund
2. void shipping label, if you bought
3. from ebay resolution center, send order cancellation request
once the order is canceled by the buyer, your final value fee will be
refunded by ebay.
Then you can send 2nd chance offer to the 2nd highest bidder, or just relist
it.
Listing fee is non-refundable
