nope. i don't have enough bandwidth to support the site. heh
my upstream speed is limited to 15kBs.
using load balancing with my office line, i could get it to
60kBs tho.
tellt hem to ask unc.edu. or carnigie-mellon.
maybe for free.
if they approach them with the arguemnt that they are trying
to help support free speech in china, might be able to get
it hosted for free. |
