Sure.
A sysop anti-trust committee is composed of bbsers on bbs.mit.edu.
There are three kinds of bbsers here, rookie, intermidiate, and merit bbsers.
My thinking is that we first make a new board called Committee which is
the home of sysop anti-trust committee. We will elect 5 yearly members from
all bbsers, 1 merit, 2 intermidiate, 2 rookie.
Ok, then what's the right and responsibilities of this sysop anti-trust
committee. Basically, it supervises sysops but don't have any other right
