the upper arm holding the mouse hurt more severely recently,
feel very tightened up. any suggestions besides yoga, switching
to the other hand, and stretching? I tried them all. | t******3

I find Zumba is most helpful as it is all over the body exercise, involoves
a lot of arm movement.

you could get the Zumba self-practice DVD online. I bought one from amazon.
com. It is Zumba Advanced. But 如果你没跳过Zumba， 可能beginner的会比较好
。 这个DVD里教练讲spanish，不过有英文翻译.
