昨天刚搬进新买的房子里，半夜11点多就有机器的轰鸣声，也不知道是什么，早上5点
多又响，整个房子，从一楼到二楼都能听到狄成而持续的轰鸣而且感觉房子都颤颤的。
白天顺着声音找到邻居家，知道是院子里的hot top，持续加热的声音。我们也没有权
利不让人家用啊，可是新房子第一天搬进去就有这烦心事乍办，现在还是夏天，等到冬
天肯定是持续不停的嗡鸣声了。据说很多人都用，我们就是买别的房子也保不准邻居家
有这个东西，怎么办呢，有什么号建议吗？还是说我们自己磨练神经，慢慢就不care了

我们多年受这个的干扰，已经神经衰弱了。原来不这东西超标，现在用苹果手机APP，
又到walmat 买各种测试仪器测都超出很多。有办法诉吗？起码叫他停止干扰吧。
哦，这个HOT TUB 还违反了 building code.
难道就没人管吗？政府不管，警察也时管事不管。
