我回来在网上google了，说价钱应该在7千到9千之间，但网上的信息太少了，和汽车价
格的透明度根本没法比。这也就是说，他漫天开价，开出来让你砍，能砍多少完全凭客
人的砍价能力，最后花了钱被斩了多少都不知道。算了，这种消费，咱不会砍价的人玩
不起，买回来也是窝心，又不是汽车，不买不行。我买个两万块的汽车，也就让dealer
赚个几百块，像我这种不会砍价的，至少会google，让人多赚了也知道多赚了多少，谁
让你不会砍价呢？可这么大的砍价空间，咱不会玩，万把块钱的东西也不是买不起，但
窝心的消费咱躲着走。 |

一个房间的地方．如果考虑reselling,那个方案更好？ |

刚从glass company那边quote了一个价钱，里面包括一个safety backing。
据说这是在镜子后面加一层胶，可以粘着镜子，in case人在jacuzi里面滑倒，
撞到镜子了。。。如果不加这层胶，碎片有可能会乱飞造成危险。
大家jacuzi tub附近的墙上有mirror的，后面都有这层safety backing么？
我不确定有没有必要装这个东东。 |

it's actually possible that it doesn't have a heated dry cycle, since its
heating element is not in the tub, but rather underneath the tub and it
heats water by circulating water using a pump to that heater.
but when I open up the dishwasher right after it finishes a normal cycle,
the dishes are quite dry and are very hot, too hot to handle actually.
i have to dig into the manual to see what actually happens. |

成french door的话，需要找buider吗还是以后自己找人来装？换一个门挺贵的，要大
约$４000，值吗？如果是主卧通往阳台的门需要换成french door吗？主卧的浴室里面
的bath tub需要换成jetted吗？如果换的话，要builder's option还是以后自己换？

今天刚去订做了花岗岩的浴缸台面，$200。
浴缸四周（其实只有外面的两面需要）用仿木头的瓷砖，$70。
浴缸上面的墙，瓷砖$90
Shower防水准备用Schluter的kerdi系统，shower pan+drain+curb+108 sqft防水膜 $
440。
准备用Shower Panel，装起来比分装多个喷头容易很多。没选定，预算$500以内吧。
Shower玻璃门还没去打听。
Shower墙上马赛克$90
地面underlayment用Schluter Ditra，$150。
地砖$420。
还在犹豫要不要花几百块装个Floor warming system。
还要请电工拉一条20A的电线。
还需要无数的thin set和grout。费用未知。
洗脸台还没有计划。

， 现在你雇人加个tub进去， 要不要申请permit呢？

地方门要朝外开，不然人进去了，怎么关门？
给你设计了一个，你的tub有点宽啊，应该有小一点的类似的三角形的tub。厕所的门不
要横竖地开，可以朝右上方斜着45度开。好好研究一下开门方向，很有学问的。

我们厕所的面积是5x10，只有tub+shower，没有单独的shower。
一：vanity.54"。材料是quartz。连工带料代拆旧欢新680。相当于你这几项吧。
• Remove existing pedestal sink
• Remove existing faucet
• New 30” vanity and cabinet
• Install new marble tub with drain and faucet
（不明白你为什么喜欢marble，那玩意中看不中用，很容易stain，久了还漏水）。
二：浴缸四周墙壁拆旧换新，人工300，厕所地面拆旧换新350。
材料另算400多吧(我们用了一些花砖,拦腰也加了一圈花砖,这种砖是论片买的).
相当于你这几项.

3。主卧朝西，主卧的窗子朝西，（会有西晒？）
4。主卧里没有泡澡的tub，只有站着冲澡的地方，反正主卧有点cheap的样子，（主卧
没有tub的房子，以后卖的时候是否较难？）

漏水。 屋顶都有嘿嘿的一块霉点。 看房的时候，前房主把房子都粉刷了一边。看不
处有什么不对。现在问题来了。必须要打掉原来的瓷砖才能修理。这个 surf bath tub
可是我门买房的亮点啊。真是麻烦。

我问：为什么我关了总闸，一楼厨房一直有水，每次刚开始都很大，慢慢变小细条状，
就是不断呢？
他也不清楚。
见图片，那个掉下来的下水道片，我感觉更像天长日久的腐蚀（一层一层递进式烂的）
，不太像动物咬的（有牙齿印，不会出现一层一层年轮状腐蚀）。摸起来是金属的，不
是pvc的。
房子60年代末建的，不知道那时是不是用金属做drainage？ |

发帖数: 469 | 49 据我观察,水迹是从SHOWER DOOR BOTTOM RAIL开始向下,
基本可以排除TUB底部漏水可能.最可能的是BOTTOM RAIL
和SIDE RAIL相交的地方漏水,而该角落还是BOTTOM RAIL
的最低点.在安装新SHOWER DOOR的时候,这个角落的防水就
最重要,但是除了SILICON CAULKING,别无他法.
建议你将这个角落重新CAULK一下,主要是SIDE RAIL和BOTTOM
RAIL MEET的地方,在RAILS的内角.先要彻底清除原来的老
CAULKING,然后用GE的SILICON-II KITCHEN AND BATH
CAULK. 至于已经损坏的墙面,地板,踢脚线就需要彻底去除,翻新,
工程不小,只有等下次换TUB,REMODEL BATH的时候再说吧. |
