PERM is much faster and ROW demand will go up big time.
Don't expect any spill over this year!
If they give us all the 2800 quota, we can reach Sept 2006. If they don't
give us 2800, we may end up at Aug 2006.
It's a stupid system and we are suffering from all this crap caused by O! |
