As you know, the USCIS and Department of State has made a slight revision
for the October visa bulletin, which has pushed up the priority date for
some individuals, enabling them to file their Adjustment of Status (AOS -
although not necessarily enabling the USCIS to actively adjudicate the AOS.
Importantly, this means that you will be able to file (and the USCIS will
process) any EAD and/or Advance Parole applications in conjunction with the
AOS.
Since this change may impact many employees at ****, we are currently
reviewing the information provided and will shortly reach out to employees
who may take benefit of the change. |
