7月找议员查询状态，当时回信说是pending assignment to an adjudicating officer
。之后因为排期倒退也没有再跟进。
今天收到议员email
According to our liaison at the USCIS, you and “spouse” have a priority
date of March 13, 2014, under the category of China/EB2 (LINxxxxxxx). USCIS
electronic records indicate that your permanent residency case was examined
by an adjudicating officer at the NSC; however, the adjudication process
could not be completed due to the current unavailability of immigrant visa
numbers.
At this time there are no available Visas for this category. USCIS also
told my office they are unable to determine the date on which your
permanent residency cases will be returned to an adjudicating officer and
when the adjudication process will be complete.
我在给议员的信里明确地提供了EB3的receipt号，为毛查我的EB2状态？还需要跟议员
回信提出纠正吗？这种情况需要再跟uscis确认485是否绑在了我的EB3 I140吗？我当时
是单飞的，I-485 receipt上是明确写了EB3。
难道是传说中的催早了 :( |

你哪怕是eb3来排也没到。
不过最好还是sr一下，看看你到底是什么track。写email，做sr，写mail同时要求
relink做过没？
虽然你的485显示是eb3，正确的，总感觉好奇怪。

发帖数: 13 | 4 多谢版花与大牛。因为是单飞的另外排期还没到（3-6月C的时候还没审到），就根本没
想过确认track和relink这些事。
请问排期还没到做ONLINE SR会对case的进程有影响吗？因为觉得再过俩月就差不多
current了，不知道会不会现在做会不会耽误事。
律师回信说
There is no reason to ping USCIS until your priority dates are current. Also
, FYI they will not permit inquiries until they are more than 30 days past
your filing date with their published processing times |

就行了，再让议员帮着催绿。
