lender's cushion. you still make reg mtg payment together w/ escrow amt.
that's why some don't want escrow.

发帖数: 2712 | 4 会escrow一年零四个月的保险？？？这个比较夸张。具体escrow多少个月的property
tax要看银行什么时候会代客人交税了。预收部分中有一部分是deposit，应该不超过2
个月的保险和税才对。以后，随着bill会按月收保险和税，攒到要交税或是renew保险
的时候在一笔交出去，交出去之后省deposit在escrow账户里。
不同，escrow一年零四个月的保险。。。LZ的保险是2个月之后需要renew么？有些费解
，我觉得最多escrow一年零两个月的保险。。。 |
