年的房子了

，床睡久了有bed bug，旁边靠垃圾场和树林的房子，皮肤敏感的人更是会被受不了的

是主要看你多喜欢你想买的房子，A house that seems like a bargain isn't as
good a deal once you've spent 50 to 100 thousand dollars fixing it.找多几个
termite公司给你估价，去yelp看看，还是有很多好的公司的。bottom line you need
to figure out how much you can afford to spend fixing it up. 还有就是可以让
卖家和你一起分担这个费用 |

发帖数: 1113 | 5 听说杀termite不是很贵的，第一年1500刀一下，连杀6年，后面5年是每年400刀左右。
50K什么的，估计得wall都蛀空才会发生吧？
