They had offers on the home before you sent me an email according to the
listing agent and have gone SS Cont as of this morning... if anything goes
sideways with their current buyers they will be contacting us so we can
submit an offer...
This market is changing very fast patience is being tested I know so I
wanted to let you know that ALL buyers are being effected by the low
inventory. I have buyers up to $xxxx right now and they are having a hard
time finding a property to purchase so while this market shifts this spring
we can expect it to be bidding wars on most properties we find of interest..
. I will do what I can to get into these homes as fast as I can for you but
in this case it would not have made much of a difference... |
