調控房價 溫家寶：絕不退縮

中國國務院總理溫家寶今天出席電台直播節目時表示，大陸調控房價措施落實得
還不夠，將繼續抑制房地產投機，讓房價回到合理價位，他並承諾「絕不會退縮」。
中國官方人民網報導，溫家寶上午出席中國中央人民廣播電台的「重返災區--中
國之聲溫暖行動」直播節目，並回答聽眾的問題。
一名聽眾提問，「如何評價目前政府調控房價的成果？」時，溫家寶回答說，「
對敏感的問題不要迴避。我在去年訪談當中曾經向廣大群眾承諾過，在我的任期內，一
定要使房價能夠保持在一個合理的水平，我還要為實現這個目標而努力，絕不會退縮。
」
溫家寶表示，今年中國採取10條措施和5條措施，現在看落實的還不夠好，未來
將從加強保障性住房及抑制投資兩方面繼續加大力度。
在加強保障性住房建設方面，他說，今年將開工的保障性住房約580萬套，已建

對於在廣東長大的, 先來一個簡單又保暖的糖水吧, 適合經期前後食用.. 比較暖胃,
暖宮.. 暖任何地方.. 咔咔~~
薑汁紅棗枸杞雞蛋
所需材料: 姜一大塊, 紅糖適量, 紅棗5-10粒, 枸杞5-8粒, 雞蛋一個.
準備: 先把幾點煮熟, 我是開鍋后, 關火, 悶熟雞蛋的.. 然後把雞蛋剝皮備用, 然後
把紅棗洗乾淨切半備用, 可以先把紅棗殼挑出來..
做法: 先把姜拍一拍, 我覺得會比較容易出味道.. 然後隨意切幾刀就好, 熱鍋, 先把
